Spatial Wellness provides a diagnostic platform designed to help households experiencing poor sleep, scattered focus, or anxiety understand the connection between these symptoms and their physical room environment.

The Service includes:

3. Permitted Use

The diagnostic assessments and recommendations provided by Spatial Wellness are based on environmental psychology literature and spatial wellness principles. Individual results may vary. Spatial Wellness does not guarantee that following recommendations will resolve sleep issues, improve focus, or reduce anxiety, as outcomes depend on many factors beyond room environment.

The Service is not a medical diagnostic tool and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical evaluation or treatment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spatial Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages arise from:

• Use or inability to use the Service
• Reliance on diagnostic results or recommendations
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party
• Any other matter relating to the Service

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted, Spatial Wellness's total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for use of the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or if no payment was made, a nominal amount.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spatial Wellness, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
